One of the most popular local summer car shows returns and we anticipate more than 200 vehicles, including classics, muscle cars, hotrods, motorcycles and custom vehicles. Admission is free, vehicle registration is free too! Pre-registration of vehicles for the car show is required so that we can plan for proper spacing on the fairgrounds.
Jim Percy, a local car show enthusiast and our car show organizer knows how to plan a successful car show. We look forward to working with him and his team of volunteers for years to come.
Please contact Charlene Watt at deputyclerk@armourtownship.ca to pre-register your vehicle for the car show. The first 200 registered car owners will receive a car show dash plaque.
There are four trophies up for grabs from the Historical Society:
We will also have numerous awards with prizes to be chosen from local business donations.
In 2023, Reg Garnett from Asylum Hotrods designed and created a master Heritage Festival trophy that is kept with the Historical Society. The winner of this award will have a plate engraving recognizing their achievement on the trophy and be put on display at the Watt Century Farm House Heritage Centre. This trophy is a beauty!
The number of certificate awards will depend on the number of prize donations. If you are interested in donating a car show prize (minimum value of $25), please contact us! We appreciate our event sponsors!
