Wow! What a Heritage Day Celebration! This year's theme was all about the history of sports and promoted our local sporting organizations, athletes and sports enthusiasts.

Thank you to all of our participants, organizers, volunteers, firefighters, visitors and our municipal sponsor, The Armour Township to making this event a huge success. Kyle "The Monster" Nelson, the Royal Canadiana Race Team the Dingman Snowmobile Race Team, Dress Me Up Face Painting, Burk's Falls Skating Club, Almaguin Ice Devils, Gazelles Hockey, Winning Techniques Camp, Arnold Hall Trapping, Red Cross, Hunters Bay Radio, Air Bounce Inflatables, Tim Horton's, Girl Guides Trefoil Guild and the 5 Almaguin Fire Departments worked hard on this hot humid afternoon. We appreciate everyone's time in making this celebration one to go down in history.
