The game plan for event day:

A few days before the event, you will receive an email detailing your vendor site # and arrival instructions.  Volunteers will help direct you to your site upon your arrival and will be available during Heritage Festival if you require assistance.

Operating Procedures:

  1. Market hours are 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 10:45 a.m. and must remain on site until the conclusion of the market. If a vendor cannot meet these requirements they must notify the market co-ordinator immediately.
  2. Fairgrounds open at 7:30 a.m. and vendors are to access the grounds off Dimsdale Street.  (Access Map)
  3. Vendors will be encouraged to bring enough products to remain onsite until 3:00 p.m.
  4. Vendors will not be permitted to move their vehicles in and around the market area during market hours (11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m). Parking of vehicles/trailers in the market area will be at the discretion of the market co-ordinator based on vendor needs, pedestrian access and flow, and safety.
  5. Vendors are responsible for garbage pick-up within their allocated space.
  6. Vendors will do their best to ensure that one person remains at their allocated space for the duration of market hours.
